Great service, great advice. Steve was very quick to come out and make an assessment of my water supply leak. Explained the process (in simple terminology for me) and able to do the repair within a couple of days. Steve identified the leak and as I couldn't be present made all arrangements to fix and as a result he ended up calling out Affinity water due to them being culpable for the leak. Steve ensured the repair was completed and that all evidence of the leak was passed to Affinity allowing me to claim back the costs. Very honest man, very helpful and very punctual - he knows his stuff. Don't waste time with other companies or plumbers who aren't interested in helping go straight to Steve.
